Biking in the region Lienz

Biking on the south side of the Alps is a special experience. Families ride the bike paths along the Drava, from Alto Adige to Carinthia or along the Isel to Lienz Matrei. Also tours through the quaint villages of the Lienz valley basin, with a detour to Aguntum, the only Roman town in the Tyrol, are exciting.

Well-marked trails of varying difficulty run through the magnificent mountain scenery. More than 1000km of mountain bike trails await you - the Bike Arena Lienz Dolomites suprises with 40 well-signposted routes in three different mountain ranges, all of which are recorded with GPS.
